Il cuscinetto scorrevole a base di POM, chiamato anche cespuglio DX, cuscinetto di lubrificazione al limite, cuscinetto senza olio SF-2, cuscinetto a secco, cuscinetto DX e POM foderato cespuglio secco piano.Ha una struttura materiale simile con imbottigliamento DU.La differenza è lo strato rivestito con POM.

These materiais consist of metal backing bonded to a porous bronze sintered layer with POM based polymer bearing layer.The metal backing provides mechanical strength, while the bronze sinter layer provides a strong mechanical bonding between the backing and the bearing lining,the PTFE based polymer offers exceptional low friction even under dry condition.
1. POM con piombo 0.3~0.5mm.
2. Bronzo Poroso 0.2~0.3mm.
3. supporto in acciaio 0.4~2.2mm.
4. Copper plating 0.008mm.
